The Fashion Stars of Cannes: A Roundup. One of the many great things about Cannes (besides yacht parties, of course) is the randomness of all the red-carpet attendees. It almost seems like any celebrity who feels like going can just book themselves a ticket and start showing up to things.
Of course, there's always a bevy of stars with actual movies to promote (Kristen Stewart, Jessica Chastain, Kirsten Dunst, and Tilda Swinton, to name a few), but then there's all the folks who just come to wear fancy clothes, go to parties, and fanny about for the cameras (Irina Shayk, Lana Del Rey, and both halves of Kimye, for example).
All this makes for a highly entertaining red-carpet melee, with random Russian models rubbing shoulders with Brad Pitt and Tara Reid popping up all over the place.
Now that Cannes has finally ended, we've gone back through some of the festival's best-dressed and/or most commonly photographed women in an attempt to make sense of it all.
